Terms of Use & Submission Guidelines

Important rules for browsing and contributing to USA Entertainment Sites.

Legal review required before production use. Add the operator's legal entity, jurisdiction, effective date, contact address, takedown process, and any payment/advertising contract provisions.

Adults only

The directory is intended for users aged 18 or older. All listings must comply with applicable federal, state and local law, including any higher minimum age requirements.

Independent listings

Business information is provided by independent advertisers and is not a guarantee, endorsement or contract with USA Entertainment Sites. We do not provide or arrange third-party adult entertainment services.

Submission requirements

Submitters must have authority to represent their businesses. Misleading listings, underage, coercive, exploitative, illegal and non-consensual material are prohibited. The operator may request proof of licensing, ownership, age and content consent, and may decline or remove content in accordance with its procedures.

Review and publication

Submitting a listing does not guarantee approval, publication, ranking, or featured placement. Corrections, ownership claims and safety complaints can be filed using the listing report form.

Third-party websites

External websites have their own policies, eligibility restrictions and legal obligations. Verify third-party information independently and follow applicable law.
